Little Rann of Kutch –  The greater Little Rann of Kutch, a salty dessert, is one of the country’s largest wildlife reserve, the Wild Ass Sanctuary. Water bodies in the Little Rann of Kutch turn light pink every winter as lesser flamingos collect here to lay eggs and bring up their chicksVelavadar Blackbuck National Park  – Velavadar has India’s largest population of Blackbuck, the elegant Indian antelope. One of the fastest mammals in the world, India’s largest antelope, the nilgai or blue bull, Indian grey wolf, Striped Hyena and many more can be sighted in this National Pak. Good pace for Birdwatchers also. Gir National Park- Sasan Gir is a forest and wildlife  sanctuary near Talala Gir in Gujarat, India. This is known for Asiatic lion and has 38 species of mammals and more than 300 species of Birds in the National park. Sightings of all these can be experienced by forest excursion/ jungle safari in Gir National Park
